This 7" hand beaten Tibetan singing bowl has deep resonance, soothing and long-lasting sound. Perfect for meditation (yoga), mindfulness, relaxation or stress reduction, other healing purposes, chakra balancing, massage therapy, music etc. The bowl is hand carved inside with the Ganesha, he is widely believes as the remover of the obstacles and kept for good luck. It is made out of seven different metals i.e. gold, silver, copper, lead, mercury, tin, and zinc. These bowls are made by Himalayan craftsmen in the centuries-old traditional manner. You will find hand hammer marks both inside and outside surface of the bowl. Imperfections and variations are the natural results of the handmade process.
