This special 9" hand beaten Tibetan singing bowl is beautifully hand etched with Medicine Buddha* inside and Tibetan mantra of compassion (Om Mani Padme Hun) outside the surface of the bowl. It has deep resonance, soothing and long lasting sound. Perfect for meditation (yoga), mindfulness, relaxation or stress reduction, other healing purposes, chakra balancing, massages, music etc. It is made out of seven different metals i.e. gold, silver, copper, lead, mercury, tin and zinc. You will find hand beaten or hammer marks both inside and outside surface of the bowl.
