This 7" old hand beaten Tibetan singing bowl has deep resonance, soothing and long lasting sound. Perfect for meditation (yoga), mindfulness, relaxation or stress reduction, other healing purposes, chakra balancing, massage therapy,music etc.
It is made out of seven different metals i.e. gold, silver, copper, lead, mercury, tin and zinc. These bowls are made by Himalayan craftsmen in centuries old traditional manner. You will find hand hammer marks both insid and outside surface of the bowl. Imperfections and variations are the natural result of the handmade process.
The bowl is hand carved with Tibetan mantra of compassion outside and the seven chakra meditating sysmbol inside the surface.
