This 4" hand beaten Tibetan singing bowl perfect for meditation (yoga), mindfulness, relaxation or stress reduction, other healing purposes, chakra balancing, music etc. It is made out of seven different metals i.e. gold, silver, copper, lead, mercury, tin and zinc. These bowls are made by Himalayan craftsmen in centuries old traditional manner. You will find hand hammer marks both inside and outside surface of the bowl. Imperfections and variations are the natural result of the handmade process.
