This one of kind 7" Tibetan singing bowl is known as Moon Bowl, it is handmade under the lights of full moon once every month to capture the energy of the moon in the bowl, making it more spiritually powerful. Full moon is regarded as sacred in both Buddhism and Hinduism.
This moon bowl has deep resonance, soothing and long lasting sound. Perfect for meditation (yoga), mindfulness, relaxation or stress reduction, other healing purposes, chakra balancing, massages, music etc. It is made out of seven different metals i.e. gold, silver, copper, lead, mercury, tin and zinc. You will find hand beaten or hammer marks both inside and outside surface of the bowl.
